    We always loved UCB! We were very loyal customers since 1997. Last Monday, we went to UCB in Lucerne. We were attend ed by Monika who was very friendly and supportive of our choices. She gave us fashion tips very candidly and we were able to buy classic pieces for our wardrobe. This is the type of customer services we wanted. It was fun and no stress at all. We were just in Lucerne for a mini vacation and a trip to UCB was so worth it. Bravo.
