    Today I tried in vain at this gas station to pay me the shell customer card on the pillar. The comment of the device was again "card unreadable". It could not be on the map, because I use it frequently. What is this for a Shell automatic, which does not even accept the own customer card !?

    The tank hose slipped out while refueling, the shutdown mechanism did not work, several liters of petrol flowed onto me and the floor. The operator's comment: He would take care of the floor but wg. he couldn't do anything about my pants now. So I had to get back in the car with soaked shoes and pants and drive 30 km home.
