This place was hidden from our radar, until one day we coincidentally stopped by it and saw it. Man! What a great find!!! Old fashion burgers, delicious BLT’s, and much, much more… by the way, the portions are extremely generous for the value, and the flavor does not disappoint (really-really good burgers)… If you are near by… you won’t regret eating at Miller’s!
I am a long time patron of Miller's Cafe I've been eating their food since the mid 80's at the original location which was at Beechnut & Wilcrest. The food has always been great. They have several different types of burgers, & customize each burger to the way you want it. The staff has always been friendly & professional. If you want a huge great tasting burger, this is the place.
Popped in to grab a late lunch on my way to Wabash down the road. First time here - Stacy walked me through the menu and a bit of the restaurant history. I got the mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings. Very delicious, and burger was much bigger than expected. Nice spot with tasty eats, reasonable prices, and supporting local, family-owned business!
I ate at Miller's Cafe on Shepherd today at 2 PM. I give them a 1-star because of poor hygiene and I won't be back. Most of the employees, including the cook, were not wearing masks. Those who wore a mask did not cover their nose. Worst of all, the cook was using his gloved hands to throw raw burgers on the grill, then using the same gloved hands to grab lettuce, tomato, and pickles and arrange them on the bun. Gross!
Always delightful. Bleue cheese burger and mushroom Swiss are amazing. salads topped with grilled chicken. mmmm there are not enough stars here. i give them a couple more
