Its a very beautiful place by the lakeside ,with clean and fresh air. Its ideal for those who want to connect with nature in a very serene setup about 25minutes drive from the city centre. For those that love to relax and unwind from the rush and bustle (and sometimes stressful ) of city life this is a very nice place. A variety of drinks and meals are also served here.
The perfect place to take the family or for a romantic walk. With a beautiful view of Lake Chivero and lovely open air restaurant your pictures will be stunning. Not to mention the birds themselves. Kuimba Shiri prides itself for having a large variety of well kept and cared for birds from all over the world. Please do go visit and hopefully when you do get there you get to see their bird show which is simply breath taking.
Situated at the lakeside it's a place to catch a breather, a sundowner and some intimate moments with a large variety of birds. The bird show was great and educational - with a little interaction. The caged birds make me sad but knowing the conservation and education aspects of the work done here make up for it. candyfloss available. 😍🥰
Spent my birthday there last year and I was really really happy. I still remember every little detail about it. I didn't get to see the bird show because it began raining but I'm hoping that the next time I go there I will see it.
On sunday we visited Kuimba Shiri Bird park i like this place very much completely open air, pocket friendly. They have vast variety of birds walking area, sitting place, fishing ,restaurant, horse riding, toilet and beautiful greenery area they have.. highly recommended to all who are searching for nice place with in a budget... Entrance fees is $5 per person infants and toddlers are free to go without any charges..
