    Clean and new place, generally nice. TV with many channels. Room has a window but it opens out onto the hallway.

    I wish there was a zero star option. Even though the room was passable, the staff are incredibly useless and lazy. As a result, I had to change my traveling plans quite drastically. After arriving at the guesthouse, I asked the guy at the lobby to book a ticket for 4000 islands in Laos, and he assured me he would. However, next day, the bus never showed up, because the guesthouse never really booked my ticket, which made me spend another uneventful day in this perfectly boring town. So disappointing! So, even if you chose to stay here, NEVER EVER book tickets through this guesthouse. Go look elsewhere. You’ve been warned.
