    Awesome place have been using these guys for over 15 years now I can honestly say they are amazing I recommend them to all my buddy's in law enforcement and in retail sales

    We were recommended this place from a trusted friend even though it was 60 miles from us. Our appt. was at 4:30 pm; we called at 3:40 pm while on our way to say we may be 10 mins. late due to traffic. The front desk said no problem we close at 5 pm so there’s a chance we may need to just drop our paperwork off and we could return another day to sign everything. Sounded good to us. We hit a big accident on the way driving through the pass but arrived to their office after being in the car with kids for an hour and a half at 4:50 pm. When we arrived the doors were locked, no lights on inside and everyone was gone. I knocked several times, no answer, we called the office again, no answer. They just left without so much as a phone call to say they were leaving and closing early. So I took 2 hours off of work for nothing, we drove 90 mins. for nothing and we wasted a ton of gas for the trip. In the end we still need to get our taxes done but now we have to scramble to find someplace new because we were dependent on this appointment that was made 3 weeks prior. I wish this review could be positive but it’s so unprofessional.
