    I came here because I needed to file my taxes and I needed to come in person to get a stamp. Unfortunately I parked too far away because it was not clear where the entrance was for the IRS. It was a bit of a long wait because they give you numbers even though I had an appointment. The agent was relatively helpful and I was in-and-out of there within a couple of hours. I would have liked to have gone to a closer IRS but that was the closest office for the day that I needed.

    So I saw all the negative reviews and figured since my experience was pleasant I would share. Now the number one thing you should know is you should have an appointment. Otherwise they hand out tickets and stop handing out a certain amount. Anyway I had an appointment, came in was greeted by a friendly lady and a security guard. I took a seat, waited about two minutes and then met with a lady (I think her name was Carol) helped me figure out my situation within like 10 minutes probably. So overall pretty good IRS experience. :)

    It's good that we have an IRS office that is so accessible. If you need to file your return in person, need a tax transcript, need to make payments or arrangements for payment, this is the place to go. I realize that the IRS sets off a lot of negative emotions in peoples' minds. This office does have an armed security guard on duty at all times, for obvious reasons. As far as an office goes, this place is great, and very user friendly. It's no fun to pay taxes. but we all have to pay our share. I'm glad we have this IRS office here to help when we have to.

    Walked into this office for a simple form and it was made very clear they did not want to help me at all, extremely rude. The staff did not even look up at me. I would get fired at my job if I treated my customers in this manor.
