    I called Dan on a Monday afternoon regarding a clogged shower drain at my mom’s house. Since it was not an emergency, an appointment was made for Wednesday morning. Dan was there precisely on-time. He was very courteous and immediately got to work on the clog. Dan was very personable, friendly AND professional. I could tell he appreciated my business. I highly recommend Dan’s Discount Rooters should you have this problem or one similar. It was a wonderful experience.     Just had the best experience with Dan. We had a clog that had water and debris backing up in our kitchen and bathroom. He made it down same day despite having a very busy day. He was very kind and just a genuinely nice guy. He was so sweet with our 4 year old who was very curious, asking question after question. He even hung out for a few minutes outside so our daughter could show him how fast she could run and ride her bike. Glad to be able to support a local family owned business!
