It was a beautiful resort. It was all inclusive, food and most activities. Any other activities off the resort cost money (and a pretty penny too). Beach clean and grounds decent. Workers are friendly and willing to help (though it was hard for me to understand their accents). It is a beautiful place. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful turquoise water was a sight to capture my soul♥ The amenities there were all-inclusive and the meals were offered the right time of my excursion from cruise 🛳 line. I was starving when I left with group from ship for the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Bahamas resort...the breakfast and lunch were well-deserving for my appetite, and the staff there were impeccable😋. Snare alert 📢 beware stepping on plants in the sand bare foot there...see photo. Thank you for an amazing, enjoyable time at that location!
Overall, this is a pretty good all-inclusive resort that is a bit rundown. The pool and beach at the resort are absolutely beautiful but the resort itself could use some maintenance. Some rooms are updated and others are very outdated. We had cockroaches in our first room but were then moved to a more updated and cleaner room which we loved. The staff are all very friendly and mostly helpful (sometimes just takes a few times to ask for something until it gets done, which is frustrating on vacation). The food was decent and drinks were good. Resort offers lots of amenities and different excursions. Giulia at the front desk was very helpful and worked with us when we had many issues with our room.
First time going to the hotel and I have to say. It was a good relaxation time, but it is not a kid friendly resort. The food was decent but cold at times. The staff is nice but hard to communicate with. The workers drink with you which I don’t mind at all. The nightly shows I do not recommend taking your kids to. They are funny for adults, but they do not take kids into account. If you’re looking to just unplug and relax, this is definitely the place for you. But if you want to eat really good and hot food and do a bunch of activities, do not recommend. There’s a hotel 30 minutes away from this one called the Alantis. It has water slides and hot food. Also great room service. Recommend that one instead.
The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly & welcoming! Rooms were nothing special but definitely clean & kept up with! Food is mediocre, edible. Kitchen is very clean. I would recommend for a budgeted all inclusive but this is nothing luxurious. Only one restaurant on the property & you have to have reservations & it was only open one out of 4 days of our stay so we had no choice but to eat the buffet. If you want relaxation, cheap, & peace & quiet i’d say this is the spot for you.
