    Randy is pretty awesome! Has done our taxes for years now and is always willing to give advice on how to invest or change dependents to get the most of your money. Have relocated, but plan to continue to use him! He is that good!

    We used PAYROLL PLUS out of Hesperia the last couple of years to do our taxes, and we were happy with their service. Previously we had been doing it ourselves, but as our financial situation got more involved and the tax laws got more complicated, we decided to go to a preparer. A friend had recommended PAYROLL PLUS. I am glad we went, because we had been inadvertently shorting ourselves! They have been there a long time, and are very knowledgeable.

    HAD I.R.S. AUDIT FOR SOMETHING I WAS TOLD BY PAYROLL PLUS I COULD USE AS A DEDUCTION. I.R.S. SAID THAT DEDUCTION WAS NOT ALLOWED. PAYROLL PLUS TOLD ME TO ASK FOR AN MEETING IN PERSON WITH THE I.R.S. DEPT. IN SAN BERNARDINO. I SENT IN REQUEST AND THEN RECEIVED NOTICE BY I.R.S. THAT DATE WAS SETUP FOR PHYSICAL APPOINTMENT AND THAT I NEEDED NOT ONLY TO BRING, PROVIDE 2013 RETURNS, BUT RETURNS FOR PAST (3) YEARS. ALL THIS WAS THE RESULT OF BEING INFORMED BY PAYROLL PLUS THAT I COULD CLAIM A DEDUCTION ON SOMETHING I COULDN'T. PAYROLL PLUS IS ALLOWING THEIR CLIENTS TO CLAIM DEDUCTIONS WHEN THE DEDUCTIONS "ARE NOT" ALLOWED, THUS HAVING THE I.R.S. DEPT. TO FILE FRAUDUELENT CLAIMS & DEDUCTIONS AGAINST ME. AFTER MY FINAL I.R.S. AUDIT WAS DONE, REVIEWING (3) YEARS, NOT ONLY WAS I MISLED ON FIRST DEDUCTION, I.R.S. FOUND (3) MORE ITEMS THAT WERE IN-VALID. PAYROLL PLUS "KNEW" ALL THE TIME THAT I DID NOT HAVE SUPPORTING PAPERWORK AND RECEIPTS FOR THIS ITEM, BUT ALLOWING ME TO FILE THEM. MY CLAIM AND BELIEF THAT THIS COMPANY IF THEY WERE OF THE ETHICAL AND CARING TYPE, SHOULD HAVE NEVER ALLOW CLAIMS THAT WERE NOT SUPPORT WITH ACTUAL RECEIPTS AND "NOT" ALLOWED CLIENT TO CLAIM. I KNOW I WAS WRONG WITH DOING THIS, BUT PAYROLL PLUS IS JUST AS GUILTY AS I WAS. I HAVE SINCE CLEARED UP THIS PROBLEM WITH THE I.R.S. AND LEARNED MY LESSON WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS WAS MY HOLIDAY PRESENT OF OVER $ 21,000.00 DOLLARS AND WANT OTHERS TO BEWARE OF SUCH ACTIONS AND SO CALLED HELP IN FILING YOUR TAXES. BEWARE..................................

    I filed my taxes there for 4 years and the last year I had a bad experience because I was buying a house and I found out the my taxes were never filed and when I tried calling cause I needed them to correct them I got the answer that they will take care of that but they were extremely busy but I end up having to pay interest and penalty for their error. Customer service is the worst ever. Would never file with them again.
