    We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chi and staff- the office is well organized, and Dr. Chi is, very thorough and comprehensive at our visits, and very kind. Highly recommend. Additionally, the shot clinic staff was so patient with my kids who had a bit of anxiety about their shots. You can also make shot appointments at this clinic using schedulicity which is very convenient.

    I have been going to this clinic location for 14 years. The previous doctor retired and sold her practice to Columbia Asthma and Allergy. Dr Patty Chi is the doctor in charge in San Mateo. I have been impressed with her knowledge, expertise, and concern for my well being. I don’t think you could find a better doctor. Her nurse recently jumped through a bunch of hoops with my insurance company and got a drug I needed approved.

    I am seriously thinking about changing the doctor for my daughter. Three times already that we went to the pharmacy to pick up the medications and they were not there. The medications were sent to the wrong pharmacy or the pharmacy never received the order at all. I then had to call the office at least two times before they got it right. It's a headache and a waste of time. I don't know how they work but it seems like they don't care to work properly. My daughter went to the office one time for her allergy shot. She told them her name and the lady at the office said "alright you checked in." I witnessed everything and heard everything. We wait for more than half an hour until I asked what was going on. The lady said my daughter never signed in. I am tired of this practice. If you don't mind that this incident might happen to you or have a lot of time to try to make things right before getting your medication, go to this clinic. Otherwise, save yourself some insanity and time. We give up. We won't go back. I dealt with the medication issue all day today. My daughter still didn't get medication.
