    Horrible service, I had made an appointment to be seen first, I saw I was one of the first to sign in. They already had began working with two other people so the wait was about 3 hours. They allow other people without appointments to go in and get their Q & A's before finally seeing me. I called a month later to find out there was an error in the process, if I never called asking why I didn't receive anything, I would of never gotten my taxes. I called a couple weeks to one of the receptionist who said to wait more, instead of speaking to her boss about one of their clients. Very disappointed with BA Income taxes and will not be going there Again!
