Horrible Horrible and Janky community business. We purchased a Maytag washer and dryer set from Arturo's and was promised a 60 day full warranty this was December 2, 2021 and tried for many months to get them to repair the dryer that screeches and makes sharp sounds that folks can hear on the Carquinez bridge. I've had a number of complaints and attempts to have this repaired. Repair attempt #1 - had them call no show Schedule attempt 2 no show receive a call a nntext later saying someone had a baby and they would not back to us. Untrustworthy, criminal ripping people off during a Pandemic. You'll reap what you sow hopefully no more business. I'm out of $450.00.
You'll be sorry if you buy anything from this establishment. We purchased a refrigerator from them, upon delivery one of the doors was broken. Nothing has been done to correct the problem. Promises after promises and still nothing. It doesn't matter whether you call or stop by in person, they will lie to your face and do nothing.
This shop is full of lies, they take money and never do work. Most equipment is stolen from nearby Marriot where the old mans son works. Beware!! items may be from this and nearby hotels. Contacting Law enforcement also doesn't help.
They sold non working refrigerator and when I went back to talk to them they said they’d send repair man to fix it. They listed the refrigerator on Offer up.
I bought a stove and we agreed that he would pick up some old appliances. I paid them for pick up called multiple times and went in person and they never showed up. I can’t say anything yet on the stove that I bought since it’s only been a few weeks but bad business is bad businesses. They got paid for a service and didn’t do it
