    Yesterday at the ER it was amazing. I was in and out with diagnosis within a hour. The ER doctor and nurses were great. I appreciated them being thorough,kind and understanding especially with the Covid19 still lingering...

    This hospital only gets 2 stars because out of the few hours my husband and I sat outside (they wouldn't let me sit inside to wait with my husband) only one male RN politely offer us some blankets and checked to see how soon it would be before we were going to be seen. Mind you, there were few people that came after us and they were treated and discharged. I understand that treatment is based only how severe your illness is but sheesh an x-ray doesn't take all day. Not to mention the nurse that was helping us was really rude and had something personal against us, just left us sitting outside while helping other people and didn't offer us any updates we had to ask him, even then he didn't come back to let us know anything. So basically, what it boils down go to urgent care or a different emergency if possible. But a big THANK YOU to those who actually care about people!
