    What a great experience! I flew r/t from Concord to Burbank last weekend and it was a fantastic flying experience on JSX. From the free parking at Buchanan Field in Concord to the quick and easy check-in to the flight itself with free drinks and snacks and ample legroom, and finally landing in Burbank in a private hanger/terminal, I loved the entire experience from start to finish. Plus, I was off the plane in no time, picked up my bag directly off the cart by the plane and walked outside to my waiting car in less than 5 minutes. Wow. This is an amazing way to travel from the Bay Area to LA. Great on-board service too! Very friendly people all around. Loved it. JSX has become my new favorite way to fly from the East Bay to LA. All in all, a great airline.

    Just flew out of Concord to Burbank. Can't speak highly enough for this airline. Love that they're small and love more they are so good. Already see they are expanding their destinations. Hoping they keep the charm and great people.

    Paid a lot more money thinking it was going to be more convenient than Southwest. Flight was delayed more than an hour an half BOTH ways. They could not fit me in there next flight. Horrible experience. Very disappointed.
