If I could give a zero, I would .. Two teller windows. Not two working, they only have two windows. Took 40 minutes to get to a teller that couldn't help me... I'll remember this horrible experience for a long time. If you own stock, Sell... Sell.... Sell....
This Bank of America location has been temporarily closed on & off for almost a year. It is unfortunate there employees dont want to work and use covid as an excuse to take paid leave and live off of someone elses dime. Bank of America's shortage of employees is secondary to lazy, worthless individuals. Why can't Bank Of America stagger hours at other locations so the working person can actually get to the bank at least 2 x a month. One location open from 9-4pm and another location open from 11-6pm? Did management stop to consider the working individual that works 9-5pm, Full time?
Today June 15, 2020 I spent almost 2 hours waiting in line to make a withdrawal. I spent a good amount of that time in the sun because the line would go around the building. It wasn't much faster inside, there were only 2 tellers tending to customers while a group of at least 5 workers were chitchating in the back. Seriously? BofA get your act together! Or myself and many others will be banking elsewhere.

Waiting in line with with two people ahead of me for 25 minutes. I asked the teller if she would give me a copy of the deposited check and she said they cant. I have never had a problem with this before.
