    Long waits to get a teller, you can see a lot of employees and they only had 1 teller till there was more than 10 people waiting for a teller, after all the wait teller gave me attitude as if I was a bother. I usually like chase but this branch is not one of them, I will try to avoid this branch as much as possible.

    Come here if you want to waste your time. This bank is really convenient since I live close by. Their ATMS have been down at least 5x already 2021. They brought 2020 with them. All 2020 those ATMs have been defective. You’ll see cars come here, and leave since their ATMs don’t work. The chances are finding a working ATM here are low If you want to open a business bank account and you come early in the morning, they will most likely tell you they have no appointments available that same day. As they told me. I ended up opening and now go to the Chase on Victoria and opened an account that same day within minutes. I also suggest the Chase on Rose I hardly write reviews But this bank has wasted my time too many times Don’t waste yours

    The account manager has absolutely zero marketing skills & zero problem solving skills whatsoever. I could not be added to my son’s account because his license had expired & although he had the email renewal confirmation it did not have an expiration date. Not once was I offered my own account or any assistance beyond her inability to help. Very disappointed. I won’t be going back ever. You lose, Chase.
