    Terrible service they took a long time to attend customers (there was only one in front of me taking their sweet time) and failed to their legal obligations of taking torn money and upon research banks are supposed to take torn notes especially from their own ATMs. Dont waste your time here. Im only locked into wells fargo because my parents made my account when i was 13

    Andreinna was super helpful! Nothing but friendly, I suggest going in early because of covid but the staff is positive and make it easy!

    I am giving this bank one star which is unfortunate for the other bankers who executed good customer service, unlike the bank manager. I will not go into the scenario as to why I had to go to WF today as that is not important. I will say this: Bank Manager, Pilar, it is not your place to ever lecture customers about what they should and/or should not do in their private lives. You do not know or understand the events that go on in the lives of others. Your job is to be of service. Remember that the next time you go to work. Because of you, I will be closing my account with WF as you were that insulting to me.
