    Staff/Owners were very pleasant & helpful in fitting me in. I had an appointment & went to the chair immediately. Excellent pedicure & very relaxing. Very attractive and bright salon; convenient location. I felt very welcome & valued as a guest.

    This place just opened and they were kind enough to fit me in same day. Their gel manicure is, thus far the lowest priced I have found in Lompoc and the staff is personable. They have a large selection of gel polish colors and unlike some nail places, they actually paint the full nail instead of leaving that annoying gap at the bottom. I took these photos after going to auto scrap yards and working on my car all day. Not a chip to be seen. I'm also 6 days into my manicure.

    I really wanted to like this place. We had an appointment yet we still waited 30 minutes because they were so over booked. The girl that started with my gel manicure was extremely rushed and rough. She started aggressively filing my nails while FaceTiming on her phone. I never wanted my nails shortened. The result, they were all uneven and crooked- still are. I was told they were too short to fix that... they weren’t when I walked in. My entire gel mani lasted six minutes as she rushed through it roughly pushing my cuticles back with no water or oil. Fast forward a day later- all of my nails are chipped and none of them are even. My cuticles are also torn apart. I was getting them done for an event so needless to say I’m upset that they looked so awful for it. If you didn’t have time to do my nails properly then maybe don’t rush through it and let me take my business elsewhere. Three stars only because the lady who did my pedicure was sweet and it looks great.

    So I needed my nails done. I looked around town for same day appointment. I found this place the reviews seemed fine. I asked the girl if she knew how to do ombre nails she said she knew how to do a lot of things she had 20 years in experience. I was so surprised and i told her that i still hadn’t found a salon that they actually knows how to do that. And she repeated that she knew how to do powder dip ombre and gel polish ombre with brush and with sponge and many more things. I showed her a picture and she said yes i can do that gel or powder either way is easy for me. So shes doing them and brushes the white onto the pink to “blend it”. When she’s about to put the top coat on. I stop her and asked if she was going to blend that she said that’s blended. I told her i didn’t like that if she can please just do them white so she just starts layering white gel polish on top of the 5 layers she had already done of the “ombre” so now my nails are so lumpy with bubbles on them. I didn’t want to be that person to make a big deal i paid and left but i will not be back. Now i have to go pay somewhere else to fix this mess.

    Definitely recommend. Amy is amazing. I’ve been going to her threw out the years at other salons.
