This is a very nice convenient flower shop. The staff are great and it is very pleasant to be in this atmosphere with the beautiful selection of flowers and the wonderful smell this shop has. The flowers are always fresh and last longer than most flower shops and the arrangements are beautiful and well done. The shop is clean and well stocked.
The staff was Great. They helped Immediately and provided the Delivery service exactly how I requested. Couldn't be happier with them.
Great friendly helpful staff, called in for a delivery order, they offer great prices and a decent delivery fee. They do have a min. $35 order to be delivered. Flowers arrived fresh with a glass vase. Very full and colorful flowers.
I live down the street. Maybe 2 minutes away. it was my first time here and was planning on buying my mom a beautiful bouquet, but when I got there there was only 2 customers at least. the girl with glasses kinda short. Was very rude. I asked her a few questions about a few of their flower arrangements prices, she gave me an attitude, and wasn’t very specific about the prices and bouquet arrangements. she was definitely not friendly or welcoming at all. She needs to work on how to have better customer service.
I ordered online a "Pot of Succulents", chocolates & balloon for $110 - Allen's delivered a green ivy plant. My dad loves succulents so he went in to the shop to exchange it and they said they didn't have any succulents and they pointed to their clause that they can substitute a similar plant of similar price. Ivy is not a succulent and not a simliar price! They then gave him his chocolates and a teddy bear instead of a balloon. My dad said at least the chocolates were delicious and he gave the teddy to my nephew.
