    So far my experience with this company has been poor. A receptionist, who identified herself as Elizabeth is very unprofessional and argumentative. After just explaining my frustration with her about not being able to speak to a lawyer she wrote in my personal notes that I DO NOT want an attorney to contact me. I waited for several days for a call back. It was only when called again that I was informed that it was documented that I didn't want an attorney. Falsely documented i might add. Imagine my frustration and anxiety, I have a court case approaching and I think I have an attorney. Horrible experience

    Called for a consultation and received a call back from Steven K. I tried expressing my concerns about my fiancé’s case and also tried to see how they could help before Hiring , and it was almost as if he was in a rush to hang up the phone ; and we were ONLY on the phone 4 minutes Exact! talking over me , getting agitated at the questions i had almost as if i was suppose to know the answer to them already. In the middle of me breaking down the deal that was offered to my husband ; he hung up in my face . I was shocked At how i was treated because i was referred to him by a friend that had positive things to say about wallin & klarich . Maybe he was having a bad day. It’s okay. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes if he sees this , understand if you are having a bad day and/or No time to let future clients know how could you be a good help to the case, take the day off because us future clients are already stressed enough trying to get the help we are seeking

    I really appreciated not having to appear in court. It was just a simple traffic violation, but none the less I was able to place my energy somewhere else.
