The stylist was very nice, I hated the waiting timer, it said my wait was 20 min for well over an hour. The stylist did a good job, but had no imagination or creativity. I like to go to a stylist and say, "whatnot you recommend?". She just said what do you want? No creativity at all. Otherwise it was fine. Clean and nice people.
You set an appointment online says 55 min till available show up at appointment time and the girl that comes to the counter is bothered and tells me there are 7 people ahead of me. I have been trying to get my haircut at this location for over a month but every time " there are 7 people ahead of you". Only ever 1 to 2 people waiting. Been going to you guys since you open and always do a great job on my hair cuts, but the customer service has gone to hell.

Easy to get an appointement online, you know exactly when you have to show up. The hairdresser was nice and did a great job. Minus one star because there is no Wi-Fi there. Would be appreciated to help the kids wait for their turn.
Great haircuts. Cut it very fast and came out clean.
