The wait was super long and my order was wrong I told them the order again at the window, then when I got it, I checked it and there were a few items missing. I felt the cashier was a little rude at first and even eye rolled but then was friendly in the end. There was one taco that had like 3 or 4 little pieces of cheese. I've been there before and service was great in the past with other staff.
I love TocoBell. The people are so nice. And even made me a Double Decker...
Tortilla really stale, not first time I've had this problem, employees in back office had to wait for them 2 minutes, not busy and they should think about cleaning
Staff was friendly and nice. They were also the only ones in the desert that had the nachos I wanted. They even offered a free drink for the wait from the car in front of us.
