    Great plumber if you can get a hold of them. We've had someone from Ebmeyer's come and look at a problem before and he seemed very knowledgeable and knew what he was saying. I called on Tuesday to see about him coming to fix my bathtub that is leaking and I was told he would be here between 2 and 4pm on Wednesday and he would let me know if anything changed. No one ended up showing and there was no additional contact made. Since then I've tried calling multiple times a day, leaving multiple messages, and even tried texting the personal number he gave me. It's Saturday now and I've still gotten no response. I'm really hoping he responds because he really is a great plumber. I just wanted to make others aware of this problem and I will update this post if anything changes.

    Brad Ebmeyer, known as Brad the plumber, diagnosed the problem, offered the best solution, and gave me an appointment time over the phone. He arrived on time. He used state of the art tools, pipe, and fittings to repair our main line into the house. He was efficient, professional, polite and friendly. The price was fair and square. He will be our plumber from now on.

    Just had Ebmeyer install a tankless water heater. I price shopped Home Depot and others. Ebmeyer was $100 cheaper installed and gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. Home Depot referral kept creeping up the price and wanted to come out to inspect the job, which I knew would mean even more money. Ebmeyers are locally known family renowned for their integrity. I would have paid extra to keep it local and work with someone I could trust. Fortunate it was cheaper than expected. Brad was meticulous with his workmanship. Very professional install and looks great. Definite recommendation from me.

    Ebmeyer's Plumbing is the best in the Tri-City area. Brad Ebmeyer will call you back as soon as possible if you leave a voicemail. He shows up on time and does good work. He'll explain what he's done and how much it costs, which is less than others plumbers in the area. We won't ever use another plumber after two great experiences (toilet fix and faucet fix). Highly recommend.

    Brad Ebmeyer is very professional. He was very helpful in explaining to me what would need to be done to install a new garbage disposal. His replacing my garbage disposal went very smoothly. He was very neat and cleaned-up after he finished the installation. He generously provided a referral to another contractor that did things he doesn't do to help me out in the repair of my home. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.
