    Such a great place to go for dinner. The cheesecake factory has always been a family favorite but the last time we went we had such a great experience. We had five kids with us and they completely took care of us by getting us seated quickly, bringing us drinks and appetizers that the kids loved, and gobs of cheesecake at the end. The service was amazing. We were so full and even took a bunch hoke with us for later. Thank you for the great time!

    Crab Cakes are Wonderful The Union Square Location has the best ones. (bite size). *Appetizers I also loved the drinks.*Drinks But I had a tropical martini. I recommend if you like sweet drinks and it was beautifully presented. (Acquired taste) *Dinner dish The Salmon over wild rice was a Great dish. The and veggies served with the rice complimented the salmon perfectly. The snow peas were still crisp,(perfectly cooked) asparagus are my favorite, and the garlic wasn't overpowering. Perfectly Balanced.

    I go to this restaurant all the time With my husband families and friends. It's beautiful and surrounding are very welcoming so it's staff. I was celebrating my friend's birthday Yesterday. We ordered Crab and artichoke for appetizer was disappointed it was not hot at all barely warm. Then we All ordered grilled herb salmon with mashed potatoes and Asparagus. We were not happy as our dinner was cold barely warm specially the price are so high then u give tip. We all decided to go for dessert. After All cold food somewhere else when our heart was set for cheese cake. After waiting for 1 hr 30 mints With Patience. We did had glass of wine sherry temple it was all good except or food. 🙄

    Made reservations...wait to be seated was about 5-10 mins. Everyone enjoyed their meal incl appetizers. The strawberry shake was really good tasted like fresh strawberries. Very good! Dessert apple crisp w/ vanilla ice cream was yummy. Lemon meringue cheese cake was good. Would have been better to me if colder/more firm. Cheese cake was too soft to me. Overall everything was good.👍

    If I could give it a 0 I would. my husband wanted to give a special gift of cheese cake to our children and grandchildren for Valentine's Day Our experience was horrible we end up having to wait over 2 hours outside in the cold to have cheesecake and then it took over an hour to get a second cup of coffee my son ordered a different kind of cake and he refused it because it looks so bad The staff was not nice or congenial It was not a nice experience I will never go back to the walnut creek cheesecake factory in my husband raved about it to me for years wanting me to go ( I got better cheesecake a outback) Well it's been a little over two weeks was asked to contact them went on the website to talk to them left the answers they wanted was told they would get back to me NO FEEDBACK at all just don't go there some of the other sites maybe better but I don't think so if this is how the cheesecake factory is run.
