    2 weeks ago I left some documents to be faxed I called them to see if the fax went through they told me no so I've been trying to receive my documents but they keep giving me the runaround I think I would try another company for insurance

    This place is so unprofessional the person who signed me up was accepting beers from people who were going next door to the liquor store. I tried calling multiple times to make payment over the phone no answer and when she finally answered she said she will call me back with no call back i called the office 15 min before closing an. Juana tries to do too many things at once but cannot handle it
