    I went in on 03/09//2021 to file amended on my w2s from 2019 and 2020 because I didn't file them and lady told me that I couldn't file them and she was very rude to me and she was not friendly at all showed no professionalism at all and the sad part about is I file my taxes there this year with a different person so I just gather my paperwork and left then I called liberty taxes and I explained my situation and she said yes we can help you with a very friendly attitude so I will be going there thursday and from this point on I will continue to go to liberty taxes Thank you JACKSON HEWITT...
