    They did a good job on my taxes but quoted me $300-400 and said they would let me know if it went over that. I got a bill for $570 with no heads up. Its ok if you go over an estimate, but if you said you would communicate that to me I expect you to do that. Tax prep - 5 stars Communication - 3/5
