    Should be called CUSTOMERS COME LAST CREDIT UNION. Just try and phone and you will be greeted with we are experiencing high call volumes. Message should say, actually couldnt be stuffed answering a phone to a customer. We actually don't care. Give us your money and go away

    Always friendly helpful staff who have never had an agenda to sign us up to products unnecessarily. Looking forward to COVID-19 being over and normal opening hours resuming.

    I joined peoples choice so that i could have a local branch and access on saturdays but now its closed stating staff needed elsewhere and we are to use the net but wha about my 85 year old father who can't and won't go online, what does he do? poor customer service you should have employed more staff not reduced services locally. Not happy Jan!!!!!
