    Communication is the key! My wife and I recently purchased our first house from Daniel and his team at One Agency Engadine. Daniel is very personable and very easy to deal with. Throughout the negotiation process, communication with Daniel was superb. There was no BS and Daniel kept me regularly updated throughout the week. Daniel would almost always be contactable and if he wasn’t, he would return calls in a very timely manner. Once negotiations had concluded this is where Daniel really exceeded, and he is well and truly a step above your ‘average real-estate agent’. Nothing is too much trouble for Daniel, and it is clear he genuinely cares about his clients. Buying a house and dealing with agents can be a frustrating experience BUT Daniel made the whole process a very straight forward one. Would highly recommend Daniel and his team.

    A safety incident and injury occurred during a inspection of a property that Daniel was holding. He didn’t seem to care and did nothing to prevent the incident from happening again. After my email to one agency I received a call from Daniel and he was very hostile and unapologetic and rude.

    If you are looking for a GENUINE person and Real Estate business, make sure you contact Daniel and the team at One Agency Engadine. Daniel went way beyond all expectations in his personalised service and professionalism, whilst remaining down to earth. Selling our house within 14 days, whilst I was working interstate and then liaising with my 80+ Mum to sell our unit in 7 days. Both sold well over our expectations and in super quick time. Nothing was too hard for Daniel and the team and we can not praise them enough. Well done Daniel and the team!
