    Diamond Bakery is located next to Diamond Cafe in Hurstville. It provides an extensive range of Taiwanese pastries and cakes. One of my favourite cake is the durian one. It is flavourful, fluffy, and delicious. Service is quick. Pricing is affordable.

    The service’s slow today as I’d see only one person working to serve customers. I had ham and cheese omelette for brunch and it’s delicious. Would definitely come back again to try more variety of food.
