    I was in the bank this morning. The service was good but two staff members dealing with the public had their masks on incorrectly - with their noses full exposed and one lady kept pulling her mask completely down/off when talking to an elderly customer! I mentioned politely to her that her mask was falling down and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "pffft"....not a good look guys.

    Had two very good experiences at this Branch. Lara helped me and my partner open a joint account - very friendly, competent and helpful. You do have to wait a while if you're queuing up to speak to a Teller but that's the same with any bank.

    I was a bit reluctant to visit here as the general review was terrible BUT what the hell! People were giving low rates on purpose so they can use exclusively & in a less busy environment or what?? Lovely lady greeted me and my wife and the staff was very helpful. ;)

    Unfortunately I have experienced an uncomfortable experience when I visited 13/4/21 with a bank teller. Unbelievably unprofessional and tone was incredibly rude and condescending. She was an older lady with short hair and I have not seen her before. Completely in shock she has this sort of horrible attitude and patronising tone as a customer service representative. I have visited this branch many times and have had a lovely experience every time. Please reflect on this issue as it has left me with a sour image of your bank.

    The bank reduce working hour to cut their operating cost due to Covid, more than 20 customers rush into the area before noon closure with only two rude tellers and one useless door adviser keep encouraging customers to use ATM. Shame NAB
