    Very disappointed with the customer service of the young lady behind the counter. 1. No greeting, but that's okay 2. Asked me " what do you want? Hmm o_O 3. What shocked me was.. She picked up the cake with her bare hands. No gloves or tongs. Moreover, I just saw her change the cash to customer before me without having clean her hands after. Of course, she wasn't worried about the pandemic situation now. After she finished serving me, she turned to the other staff and start chatting. And yes no thank you!!!. What a wonderful service. Definitely not going back.

    Really really bad customer service I pre-ordered a cake on 20 Aug and I explained each and everything’s to that girl which design and colour of cake I want and she told me they can do it but when I come to pick up cake on 22 Aug around 3:30pm -4:00pm but cake design and colour was different. I was so disappointed when I told that two guy one with glasses this is not the cake I want the one with grey hoddie he talked so rudely and giving an attitude instead of saying sorry and accepting their fault I’ll never return to this store

    Bakery items are good,, tad bit on the expensive side.. cakes are good,, but once i bought a cake for my kids bday,, it was near frozen in the middle,, which made me think it was a frozen and defrosted cake, wasnt too happy that day

    I come here occasionally for cakes and breads. It's a pretty nice bakery with a wide variety of selection.They also sell drinks here, but I wouldn't recommend them - they're not as good as the baked products.

    What I can say! Dealing with 85 Hurstville was fantastic from start to finish. I was looking for ‘the combination of zodiac birthday cake with Xmas theme', which it turns out no one really wants to make, but the staff from 85 Hurstville welcomed the challenged with open arms. Guiding me on the best options, what would work, what wouldn't etc You know you're in expert hands and its really like chatting with a friend! Love their cakes, so delicious, and their friendly and professional service! the prices are very reasonable too. Would highly recommend this lovely bakery store :)
