Dr McMullin completely failed either to examine my wound or explain any procedure she recommended. She appeared so confident in her snap judgements that she actively discouraged me from speaking at all. The arrogance was both breathtaking and thoroughly disappointing, after the good reports from other patients.
My grandmother had a painful wound on her leg for a year, we had seen a couple of doctors but nothing had helped so far and she could hardly walk. When we went to see Dr McMullin she was so kind and confident and within a few weeks the wound was healed and my grandmother was finally better! I am so grateful for her expertise and compassion.
The first appointments were great, she was caring and gave full attention to my wife's case until we made the stent procedure, our last appointments with Dr McMullin were terrible, she didn't care to explain anything to us, failed to follow up after the stent procedure saying that "she didn't have to see us with urgency because what my wife was feeling was not that important" and weeks later she said we should have come sooner (which was impossible since she was the one who pushed our appointment) and kept pushing us to quickly decide to do a risky surgery just because "she has a busy schedule so we had to decide now". Apart from that her team gave conflicting information about the time my wife should be on blood thinners (on our paper it was saying 15 days, but on her paper it was 6 weeks), overall really bad experience after the surgery to apply the stent. Our feeling was that she only wanted us to do the stent so she could get the money and after that she was just too busy to do anything.
