    Charges me hundreds of dollars for tax return, but only bookkeeping-level quality. Moved to another accountant and the new one looked through my history and gave me plenty of good advise, including submitting amendments to my previous tax returns to fix errors in submissions.

    I have used K B Chan in Randwick, they belong to the same company. Jessica from K B Chan in Randwick has been my accountant along with my partner for her business and she has delayed our accounts that long that the ATO have sent out many letters to say that our accounts have not be lodged, resulting more fees and penalties. She has caused so much stress and strain to our business that we had to hire a tax lawyer to take over her mess. She is very vague, does not answer the phone and lies about her work. We have also been over charged. Avoid this company at all costs.
