As a small business owner myself I’m well aware of the value of customer feedback. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received here would be described as pitiful at best. The staff were inattentive and allowed me to wait to order while they engaged in a personal conversation. This was blatantly rude and inexcusable in the service industry. When I did receive my order I was appalled at the poor quality of the chips and far from impressed by the taste of the burger. I had hoped that the food would make up for the terrible service I received but I was greatly disappointed. In my opinion this business has a lot to learn about providing high level, personable customer service and certainly needs to improve the quality of its food. This shop will never receive my business again nor my recommendation to others.

Welcoming, friendly staff topped with tasty freshly prepared food made for a great experience.
The family had the best lunch here. Crunchy chips and awesome burgers and steak sandwiches. We will be back, definitely a place to go.
