    Very disappointed with the $20 brushless car wash. It did nothing accept sprayed water onto the car. No phone number to contact to advise that it is faulty all have been disconnected surprise surprise such a ripe off.

    After I paid for a car wash and it didn't work the owner was so kind to call me and sorted the matter out right away. Awesome customer service couldn't be happier.

    The spotless automatic wash was terrible. Car look as dirty on exit, as what it looked like on entry. For $20, it was not worth the dollar. There are other spotless automatic wash in Sydney, that are cheaper, and do a better job.

    Newly renovated looks good. But they are so strict with using BYO products even if it won't take up any significant amount of time. E.g. I couldn't even use a spray wheel cleaner which doesn't take any time at all, and can't even use my own sponge as the provided brush will scratch the car. If you're gonna spend all the consumables to wash and dry the car might as well take it to a proper hand car wash or wash at home (moved to a unit so can't do this anymore). If you do all that here you'll end up with an improper wash and scratches on the paint, but that could be enough for some people.
