Staff really care for the community. Good service, friendly staff, well organized, and willing to help.
Staffs here are very helpful and friendly. They change the new system by using iPad making an appointment therefore we don’t need to waste time to wait which is more efficient. I will recommend my friends and relatives choose to bank with ANZ.
If I could rate this joke of branch 0 stars I would. Service is non existent and the staff would rather talk about their personal lives to customers despite knowing that there is a queue of customers lining up all the way to the entrance of the bank. Appalling would be an overstatement for the quality of service provided.
Excellent experience I had today in ANZ Hurstville branch with David and Eva. They are not only polite and friendly but very professional and super competent. Thank you.
Very unprofessional, rude staffs and does not know how to deal with the customers, not going to be a customer of this bank. And will not recommend any of my friends and families to be a customer of this bank. Very disappointed with the service.
