Very poor service. Couldn't detect my car in the drive though. Then told me to wait in carpark and then only gave me half my order. It's no wonder that this Maccas is always quiet and unpopular.
Always quick drive thru and food is always hot
I didn't know that they closed ten minutes before closing time, I got there at 10:52pm and they had there lights on to indicate they are open and we waited at the intercom for 5mins and we drove around and saw they're just talking amongst each other, so we went back around and waited another 3mins and then they said it was closed! Not happy and they're rude and laughed as we drove off! Obviously the manager left the young teenagers to take over a well established franchise that has no care!!! Instead I've left hungry, angry and humiliated!!! If only I could put -5 I would
You guys need better headsets or something, your staff can never here what we order.
This McDonald's is the worst in the area. The orders are always wrong. They push you into the waiting bay even if no one is behind you. The senior staff are not helpful at all. They always have a shortage of ingredients, so specials are not available.
