I ordered some flowers for my sister, who was in lockdown for her birthday. I described what I thought my sister would like, and "Your Favourite Florist" absolutely nailed it! It is always a worry when you order flowers, especially if you can't see exactly what the recipient will receive. I left it in their capable hands, and was so glad I did! The arrangement she received was absolutely beautiful, and exactly what she would appreciate. Thank you so much.

Very very disappointed on 12/02/2021 I order a birthday basket costing 99.00 delivered to Engadine with Steve I specifically made the point that I did not want them delivered on Valentine day but Monday 15/02 the day after. when I contacted my friend Monday evening they had not received them.On Tuesday I contacted Steve and after a heated conversation where he tried to claim it was my fault he agreed to my request to cancel the order and credit my account. To my surprise my friend rang me Tuesday night to thank me for the flowers had arrived a day after her birthday which had spoiled the surprise contrary to what Steve had agreed to and no credit has been received. As a resident of Loftus I will be avoiding this business in future and suggesting my friends do the same.
