    My mum bought a custom lounge from this business. Good lounge, however, it seems as though the scotch guarding wasn't done. Have tried to contact them numerous times about it but have not received any response or confirmation it was completed. The scotch guarding wasn't done but they were certainly happy to take the money for it..

    Excellent people and service. The true test of a supplier’s quality is how they deal with a problem, if one arises. I had 6 pieces of hand made timber furniture which were excellent except one dining table leg was damaged. 96 replaced it and installed the dining table within 3 days. My wife and I will return to 96 soon to buy new dining table chairs.

    Customisation. That's what you get here. We chose a wardrobe, then chose the wood, the colour/stain, and the number of doors and the size. Sure you have to wait for a while.... but if you want something to match your own idea's.... this is the place to go. My daughter is very happy with her new wardrobe.

    A truly amazing selection of modern furniture pieces that you just won't find at the major retailers. This independent retailer provides a warm, personal touch to their service that is rare and truly appreciated. Good quality, unique pieces with great service... I will absolutely be back again.

    We bought 4 lounges. When they arrived, we were not overly impressed with the quality. There is some puckering, the legs look cheap and nasty and the material is not great. Each of the back cushions has buttons on them. One of the buttons (on a lounge that we had not even yet sat on) broke. We took it back and it was sent away to be fixed (no apology, did not appear to care). 4 weeks later (and several phone calls), the cushion was ready to pick up. That's a long time for 1 button. Makes me wonder if they are really Australian made as they purport to be. Then the very day I picked up the cushion, a button came off another cushion. 2 days later another button came off. I'm not waiting another 4 weeks without cushions, so we currently have wonky looking lounges. There are 48 button in total on our lounges, so this could go on forever! Warning - don't buy lounges with buttons. Also, maybe go somewhere else with better quality and better service.
