They are very rude with the customer. Their behavior is like they are doing favors to their customers and they are not getting paid for their job.
If you’re polite, the staff are helpful. Came just before 5pm closing time and they kindly dealt with my matter until after closing time until it was resolved.

Most staff there are ok. There is one staff member who is quite rude, picks at everything and snaps when asked a question. I even heard him comment on the appearance of a baby.
