    Very poor experience with this company when completing my tax return. Spoke to an accountant on a Monday got all my details and deductions sorted, took a week and a half until my return finally got submitted to the ato, once the return was issued by the ato I was then told it will be another 2-3 weeks to receive my money because "they are busy" safe to say won't be using this accounting firm next time.

    I write this review from the perspective of a small business owner. I am now up to speed on how to use my own book keeping software and deal with the ATO due to the lack of communication and failure to meet key deadlines for sorting my tax affairs out. E.g. - 3 x overdue BAS statements - Overdue end of year company financials. - Next to zero communication from the accountant as to when I could expect the outstanding reports to be submitted. The staff are friendly but from the point of view of a business owner the lack of communication and missing of deadlines makes me suggest looking elsewhere for someone to manage your tax affairs.
