Super Power, as it is locally known, has been around for as long as I can remember. It is a staple in the history of the island and will most likely be here after I am gone. The variety of item in the store is second only to larger establishments and their customer service is exceptional. If you are looking for an item and can't seem to find it. Just ask one of the customer service reps and they will, more often than not, point it out or get it from storage. The one downside I have found is that some items, specifically older videogames, retain their original price well into their lifespan and I can't see myself buying a 5 year old game for the same price it had 5 years ago.
Didn't have specific item I wanted, I'm not sure any establishment does.
Service here is horrible. I enquired about a particular item my hairdresser said super power sold and to this day i haven't gotten any assistance from the workers. She sat there staring at me with an attitude saying she doesnt know what am talking about without even looking. Tony saw I was getting agitated and offered little help.am sorry i never got her name but she was extremely rude
