The place has so much potential but leaves much to be desired especially from management. The room we booked we originally wanted to be booked from Wednesday to Saturday we couldn’t get the desired time frame and was given Wednesday to Friday. upon arrival the ac in the living room and one bedroom was not working this now displaced us for one night in the heat the next day took the entire day sitting in heat because the ac was being fixed. No sort of compensation or middle ground was met with the inconvenience we were basically told what we expect them to do. Much to be desired regarding customer service
We stayed in one of the cottages for 4 nights. The views were unbeatable. Some of the appliances needed to be updated (fridge didn’t get very cold, most of the knives were broken), but it was good value for money. Recommend renting a car if you stay here as it’s a ~25 minute walk into town and the trail is overgrown. Great space though!
The view was to die for! The decor was modern and all other amenities were equally perfect. I'll be heading back at least once a year.
