Keyonna Beach Resort (Antigua) All Inclusive

We had very high expectations for this place. We were happy to discover that it totally lived up to those expectations! It is a beautiful resort with a fantastic location at the western end of Antigua. It is right on the water with a private beach and a view of Montserrat on clear days. Sunsets are amazing as well. If you go here (and you should!), Be sure to book a room with a private mini pool. There are only a few rooms that don't have one, and after having a pool on your porch, you won't want anything less! Their Covid restrictions are very comforting and made us feel safe to be there. The entire country is doing a great job with their mitigation procedures. The food was very good, with a wonderful variety, with a great catch available every day. The service was outstanding as well. The servers are very friendly and professional, and take care to ensure the guests are happy. We liked the fact that this is an adults only resort, and it is small, making it a quieter and more intimate experience. I highly recommend this resort for a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing vacation!

Beautiful boutique hotel! Exactly what we were looking for! Had the beach to ourselves most days. Small intimate dinners beach side with amazing food! Room was clean and tropical with amazing sunset views every night. Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating to every request. Only left the resort for golf and fishing. Stayed 7 days and wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be going back soon!

Oh man. Let me tell you, STAY AWAY from this resort. They put us through hell and back. We physically could not get to the resort for one night since our flight got delayed (beyond my control). Before we even flew I told the resort and asked for a refund for the one night, since the airlines weren’t letting us get to Antigua due to a delay on their part. This resort told me “contact your agency that you booked with.” So we did. Our agency emailed them asking for a refund due to this out of control problem. They purposely ignored the email. Our agency reached out again… ignored again. Finally, a week after our vacation they say we can’t get a refund because we contacted them after we finished vacationing. We contacted them well in advance, before we even got there. Then during our stay, the power went out three nights in a row. One night it lasted for more than two hours. They offered a refund and again, a week later our agency still didn’t hear from them. I had to bother them with emails and continue to call our agency. Finally they gave us our refund after threatening to leave a negative review. BUT ONLY for the night where we lost power, not the night we physically could not get there due to our flights being delayed. I didn’t want to leave a negative review but if they want to lie and say we didn’t reach out about the first night until after our vacation, we have to air out the truth. This resort is EXPENSIVE. The staff is nice, the place is beautiful. But if you have any problems, just know they will hide from you and ignore you. They will take your money and run. Please go to the sandals resort instead. They are highly reputable. This place is not.
