I had a wonderful time with Nicole at her beautiful home. We prepared a lovely rum cake among other things, and I am happy to know the secrets of jerk chicken now. :-) Nicole is very charming and a great chef, she is happy to share her cooking skills and give tips on Caribbean cuisine.
Our experience with Nicole's Table was amazing. We love food related activities when we travel and this was one of our favorites. The food was delicious and the view from their house was beautiful. We were able to enjoy the view while learning about and tasting delicious rum.
We had a great time with Nicole and Adam at the Cooking with Rum class in their first opening week back since COVID. We were a group of 7 - we enjoyed learning about the food and rum on the different islands. The rum cake and Nicole's coconut tart were highlights. Nicole and Adam are very responsive on email and it was easy to book and visit them!
A fun experience, inviting atmosphere, lovely hostess, great food. A must do!
