    Its a great hardcore gym for what it is. Which I love. Some issues the hammer strength lat pull down is broken (the weights cant slide on it) and it could use a bit more 44 lbs plates (which run out quick in high traffic time). Other than that the environment is awesome.. pro tip. Bring headphones as there is no music.

    It's good old school gym, there are also some treadmills and bikes. You can refill water and they give you small towel. They have some proteins and t shirts to buy. There is toilet and kinda shower (if you are brave enough) but no lockers. There is no music but local people sometimes bring their own and play it. I recommend to take just what you need and be dressed already.

    Squat racks, plenty benches and Olympic bars. Lots of space.15,000 kip. Perfect gym

    Great all purpose gym with plenty of single assisted movement equipment and cardio machines plus plenty of free weights for 💪💪. Free water if you have a bottle but prepare to be sweaty. If you go to a gym to look cool on brand new equip and watch music videos this is not the gym for you. Towels provided but prepare to get a little dirty..... old school style

    Decent gym. All the equipment you'll need. A bit filthy though, and in the dumbbell section it seems a bit too small to fit everything. If you are lucky you can play your own music! 15.000 kipp per day. They also sell whey for 15.000 ;-)
