    Staff can use English well and Free shuttle bus can go to down town and airport. We can't see the any insects in the room. Room is pretty fit and clean. And boss always tried to help customer. Shuttle bus is very comfortable. I recommended this hotel

    The service is excellent!! I must say Ms. Pinky has did a great job into putting their guest so comfortably staying with them. From arranging free shuttle from the airport to tours to even foods, she and her team excel in all! Bonus points here are the environment. It’s so peaceful, cozy and relaxing, the ambient here is just amazing. My family and I have a great experience here with Vangsavath Hotel.

    Excellent experience here in Vangsavath for 3 nights. Free shuttle & free bicycles provided by the hote. Pinky was a gracious host and had made a lot of effort to make our stay comfortable. The friendliness of the staff makes our trip so pleasant. The rooms were very clean too! Breakfast was provided and consistently delicious :)
