    Lovely hotel with excellent service. Great breakfast as well situated right by the front of the river. Really enjoyed the freshly cut fruit platter and local daily specials.

    We had a fantastic and a memorable stay at Burasari Heritage, Luang Prabang. I and my partner stayed here for two nights. From our arrival to our departure, the staff at Burasari were helpful, professional and extremely hospitable. At the time of our check-in, Mr Sone at the front desk greeted us with welcome drink and explained to our the various 'experiences' that came as part of the hotel stay. We chose almsgiving and the cooking class. Mr Sone then escorted us to out room and highlighted various hotel facilities. Oh, and did I mention the free bar and a short welcome massage with our hotel stay?! Personally, I enjoyed the cooking class. Mr Lan took us to the local market in the vintage Mercedes. He introduced us to the various local ingredients some of which we used in the cooking class later. Me and my partner prepared some delicious meals with the help of two other cooks Mrs Lee and Mrs Noy. Overall, the experience gave us great insight to the local culture and cuisine. Lastly, the hotel is located near the popular tourist attractions such as the temple, phousi hill, night market, river etc. If required, one can borrow the free bicycles provided by the hotel to visit these places easily. Overall, highly recommended!

    Attentive and helpful staff. I had got a room with failed air conditioner and they imediately upgraded us to couple of much better room, which I suspect to be much more expensive.

    Didn't stay here but had some drinks in the restaurant. Great service and also fantastic cocktails - try the Laojitio if you like Mojitos!

    Wonderful service !! The staff is really caring and proactive. We spent 4 nights in Burasari Heritage with 2 other families and all of us appreciated the property, the spacious rooms, the comfort, location...We definetely recommand this hote.
